Apple Fritters With Calvados

3 medium apples -- peeled, cored and sliced in horizontal way
6 ounces glass Calvados
2 tablespoons lemon juice
100 Grams flour (+ some tbsp)
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
2 cups oil to fry
6 ounces white wine

Preparation / Directions:

Put sliced apples in a bowl with lemon juice and Calvados. Cover and let rest for 1 hour. Mix flour with wine and egg yolks. Whisk egg whites and add to the batter. Drain, flour and cover apples with the batter. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden. Sprinkle with confectioner's suga
