Ricotta Fritters

Very easy to make and delicious!
 

Ingredients:


15 ounces Ricotta Cheese

3 large eggs, slightly beaten

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup all-purpose flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon brandy

2 Cup Vegetable oil for deep frying
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ricotta, beaten eggs, brandy and sugar. Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Combine the ricotta mixture with the flour mixture. Let stand for about 1/2 hour. Drop by teaspoon or tablespoon ( according to desired size) in hot deep oil (375 degrees F.) and brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels. Serve dusted with confectioners' sugar
