Tuna Fish Omelet

|1 large egg mixture -- (as in basic French omelet), * see note
|1/8 cup canned tuna fish -- cut in small pieces
|1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation / Directions:

Add tuna fish to egg mixture. In omelet skillet, heat oil until it is hot.
Make omelet as in "Basic French Omelet."
Comments: In this recipe the omelet is usually made with oil instead of butter.
