Milk Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients:


1 package milk chocolate chips (2 cups)(11 1/2 ounces)

2/3 cup half-and-half

2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur, kirsch, brandy or half-and-half

---DIPPERS (your choice):

1 package Angel food cake cubes

1 package Brownie cubes

1 pint Kiwifruit pieces

1 pint Mandarin orange segments

1 pint Maraschino cherries

1 package Marshmallows

1 package Miniature cream puffs

1 package Pound cake cubes

1 package Pretzels

1 pint Strawberries

1 package Vanilla wafer cookies
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Heat chocolate chips and half-and-half in heavy 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; remove from heat. Stir in liqueur. Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish. 2. Spear Dippers with fondue forks, and dip into fondue. (If fondue becomes too thick, stir in a small amount of half-and-half.)
