Zesty Cheese Fondue

Ingredients:

1 Package white sauce mix (1.8 ounces)
2 Cups beer or nonalcoholic malt beverage
1 Clove garlic minced
16 ounces pasturized process cheese spread cubed
3 tablespoons Hot Sauce Franks Redhot
1 loaf French or Italian bread cubed
4 slices Apple
 

Preparation / Directions:

Prepare white sauce mix in large saucepan according to package directions except substitute beer for milk and add garlic. Stir in cheese; cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and sauce is smooth. Stir in Redhot sauce. Transger sauce to fondue pot or heated chafing dish. Serve warm with bread cubes or apple slices. Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes
