Broiled Swordfish and Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients:


6 fillets steaks 1/2 pound each

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste

1 teaspoon pepper -- to taste

2 tablespoons anchovy paste

6 tablespoons butter

1 cup cucumber

1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix 6 T butter and 2 T anchovy paste then spread on both sides of steaks. Season with salt and pepper. Oil broiler pan or grill and cook steaks about 3 minutes each side (for 1 inch steaks). Mix cucumber and ghi and pour over steaks to serve.
