8 ounces grouper -- (fresh)
3 ounces sliced mushrooms -- , sauteed
1/2 ounce bread crumbs
3 ounces daufuskie cheese sauce -- (below)
2 ounces coarse mustard -- (country mustard)
2 ounces heavy cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 ounces cooked crumbled bacon
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon to taste salt
1 teaspoon to taste pepper

Preparation / Directions:

Make sauce by heating cream in heavy skillet. Add ingredients of sauce. Whisk until smooth over medium heat. Bake grouper at 350F until almost cooked. Add sauce, sautéed mushrooms and bread crumbs. Return to oven until bread crumbs brown. Serve with lemon wedge.
