1 pound flounder fillets
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon salt/pepper to taste
2 medium tomatoes -- peeled and diced
1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
1 tablespoon butter

Preparation / Directions:

Wash fish, drain and place in a buttered, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper and grated onion. Place diced tomatoes on top of the fish. Dot with butter. Place under medium broiler heat. Cook until fish flakes easily (15-20 minutes) depending on thickness of fish. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to broiler and cook until cheese is melted.
