1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 fillets trout fillets -- (6 to 8 oz.)
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter -- melted
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Preparation / Directions:

Combine flour, salt, and pepper; set aside. Dip fillets in milk, and coat with flour mixture. Saut‚ fish in butter 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Transfer fish to a warm platter. Saute almonds in pan drippings until browned; sprinkle over fish.
