Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Combine flour, salt, and pepper; set aside. Dip fillets in milk, and coat
with flour mixture. Saut‚ fish in butter 2 to 3 minutes on each side or
until
fish flakes when tested with a fork. Transfer fish to a warm platter.
Saute
almonds in pan drippings until browned; sprinkle over fish.
