Ingredients:


3 pounds tuna fillet

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup fresh lime juice

3 cups tomato concasse

1 cup scallions

1/2 cup red bell pepper

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 cup parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


cut fish into 1/2-inch cubes combine with remaining ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 2-3 hours remove from refrigerator let stand for 15 minutes before serving arrange in lettuce cups serve slightly chilled
