Busha's Pukka Peppa Painted Fish With Lime Pepper Jelly

Ingredients:


4 fillets FIRM WHITE FISH FILLETS 6 Oz.

1 Cup CHOPPED ONIONS

4 tablespoons FRESH LEMON JUICE

4 teaspoon BUSHA BROWNE PUKKA PEPPER SAUCE

1 Clove garlic

10 ounces BUSHA BROWNE LIME PEPPER JELLY
 

Preparation / Directions:


BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. WITH A PASTRY BRUSH, PAINT ONTO FILLETS, AND FLOUR LIGHTLY. HEAT OIL IN SKILLET OR FRYING PAN AND LIGHTLY SAUTE FOR 3 MINS UNTIL FISH IS DARK BROWN. REMOVE AND FINISH IN OVEN FOR 7 MINS. SERVE WITH LIME PEPPER JELLY BOTH SIDES. OPTIONAL - FOR A TRUE TASTE OF THE CARIBBEAN, PLACE IN FOIL POUCH ADDING A SPOONFUL OF SEASONING MIX. THEN PLACE ONA HOT GRILL FOR ABOUT 4 MINS EACH SIDE. SERVE WITH LIME PEPPER JELLY. (MICROWAVE USERS PLACE IN THE COVERED CASEROLE AND COOK FOR ABOUT 5 MINS, TURNING SIDES.)
