Broiled Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds crab meat -- cartilage and shells removed
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons minced onion
1 large egg
1 Dash Tabasco sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Broil 6 inches from heat source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately. 6 servings / serving size: 3 oz
