Ingredients:


2 fillets trout -- (8 to 10) 8 oz

4 tablespoons melted butter

1 medium lemon -- sliced

1 medium orange -- sliced

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste

1 bunch basil

1 bunch thyme -- to taste

1 small shallots -- to taste

1/8 teaspoon paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brush trout with melted butter. Season with salt, pepper, basil, thyme and shallots. Place lemon and orange slices on top in alternating pattern. Sprinkle with paprika. Steam over clear water for 7-10 minutes. UW Sea Grant Advisory Services
