Hawaiian Broiled Fish

Ingredients:


1/3 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar -- packed

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 clove garlic -- crushed

1 1/2 pounds white fish fillets

1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- minced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine 1st 6 ingredients, marinate fish in sauce for 20 minutes. Turning once. Reserve sauce, broil fish - 5" from heat for 4 minutes, turn, baste with sauce and broil 4 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
