Ingredients:

5 cloves garlic -- chopped
30 milliliters cumin
30 milliliters olive oil
15 milliliters dried pepper flakes
30 milliliters cilantro -- chopped
1/2 medium lemon -- juice of
1/2 kilogram filets of red snapper
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 175 cup. 2. Mix garlic, cumin, olive oil, pepper flakes, cilantro, and lemon juice. 3. Put the filets in a shallow baking dish and spread this paste over them. 4. Bake at 175 cup for 5 to 10 minutes.
