Patsy’s Easy White Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients:


1 piece chicken breast, cooked and shredded

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can milk

1 medium onion -- chopped

1 Tablespoon oil or butter

8 Ounces green chilies

12 tortillas corn tortillas

1 package shredded cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat over to 350 degrees. Combine with all ingredients except onion, tortillas and cheese. In a 6X9 casserole, spread some of the mixture in the bottom of a greased 6x9 dish. Add layers of tortillas, onion, mixture, and cheese, in that order, ending with cheese. Bake 30-45 minutes, until bubbly.
