Ingredients:

3 tablespoons parkay margarine
1/4 pound velveeta pasteurized process cheese -- cubed
6 large eggs -- beaten
 

Preparation / Directions:

Hat margarine in skillet. Add velveeta to eggs; pour into skillet. Stir occasionally as eggs thicken. Cook until set. 4 servings.
