12 large hard boiled egg
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons butter
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation / Directions:

halve eggs lengthwise, remove whites to a serving platter sieve yolks, set aside combine remaining ingredients-mix well fold in yolks pipe into whites serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
