1 large egg
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 slice toast
1 teaspoon watkins omelette and souffle seasoning

Preparation / Directions:

Whip egg til fluffy. Add cheese. Spread over toast; sprinkle with seasoning. Cook in broiler oven until egg is set. Serve immediately.
