Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Bring cheese to room temperature, Toss with flour, dry mustard and paprika. In a saucepan heat beer and Tabasco until just warm.
Gradually add cheese mixture stirring constantly till cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Use as a dip or spoon over chips for nachos, etc.
