3 medium avocados ripe
1 small red onion -- peeled and diced
1 medium jalapenos -- or 2, to taste**
1 bunch cilantro leaves---
2 medium limes -- juiced
1 teaspoon salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation / Directions:

*peeled and mashed **chopped finely (seeds optional) ***up to 2 bunches to taste; washed, dried and roughly chopped Mix all ingredients well.
