   3                    ripe Haas avocados*
   1      small         red onion -- peeled and diced
   1                    jalapenos -- or 2, to taste**
   1      bunch         cilantro leaves***
   2                    limes -- juiced
                        salt & freshly ground pepper
 

Preparation:

*peeled and mashed **chopped finely (seeds optional) ***up to 2 bunches to taste; washed, dried and roughly chopped Mix all ingredients well.
