Taco Appetizer Dip

4 medium avocados ripe
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bunch green onions with tops -- chopped
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 medium tomatoes -- finely chopped
4 ounces chopped black olives
1/2 cup mayonnaise
30 ounces refried beans
1 package tortilla chips

Preparation / Directions:

Peel and mash avocado. Mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. The mixtures will be divided among three pie pans. Use the following steps for each pie pan: Spread refried beans in the bottom. Spread a layer of the avocado mixture over top, then a layer of the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle top with chopped onions, olives and tomatoes. Top all with shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
