Southwest Guacamole

Ingredients:

5 medium avocados ripe -- peel and pit
4 cloves garlic -- finely chopped
1 cup tomato chopped -- 1 medium
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
