Pokey's Beef Dip Or Appetizer

Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons finely minced onion
1/2 cup sour cream
4 teaspoons Kraft prepared horseradish sauce
1/2 cup chopped nuts -- divided
1 jar dried beef slices -- minced fine
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese -- optional
 

Preparation / Directions:

Blend softened cream cheese and milk. Stir in finely snipped beef, onion, green pepper, and black pepper. Mix well; add 1/4 cup nuts, sour cream, and horseradish. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 nuts on top. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. After cooled, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve on crackers, breadsticks, vegetables, etc. Scrumptious!!!
