Preparation / Directions:In food processor, combine tofu, avocado, scallions, cilantro, lime juice, sour cream, salsa, salt and red pepper sauce; puree until smooth. Place in bowl and garnish with parsley.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Serving (2 tablespoons dip with 6 tortilla chips).
