Ingredients:

2/3 cup soft tofu
1/2 medium avocado -- peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons light sour cream
1 tablespoon salsa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 package reduced fat tortilla chips
 

Preparation / Directions:

In food processor, combine tofu, avocado, scallions, cilantro, lime juice, sour cream, salsa, salt and red pepper sauce; puree until smooth. Place in bowl and garnish with parsley. Serve with tortilla chips. Serving (2 tablespoons dip with 6 tortilla chips).
