Mexican Beef Dip

Ingredients:


2 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 medium onion -- chopped

8 ounces mozzarella cheese -- shredded

8 ounces cheddar cheese -- shredded

1 pound Velveeta cheese -- chunked

1 package taco seasonings*

1 can picante sauce

1 teaspoon garlic salt to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


* blend some chile powder, cumin and oregano Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Mix beef with taco seasoning. Combine all ingredients into a casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Serve with nacho chips.
