Jalapeno Salad Dressing

Ingredients:


1 cup yogurt -- plain

2 tablespoons skim milk

1 tablespoon jalapenos -- minced

1/4 teaspoon garlic -- minced

1/4 teaspoon cumin -- ground

1/8 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Stir all ingredients together. Cover and chill until serving time. This dressing is recommended for shredded Jicama, a taco salad, or fajita salads. It may be altered into one great dip.
