Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon garlic -- finely chopped

2 tablespoons brown bean paste

1/4 cup ginger -- finely chopped

1 medium serrano chili -- stemmed and finely chopped

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

3 bunch cilantro sprigs -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use immediately or at least within 6 hours of preparation as the flavours will get stronger the longer the sauce sits.
