Everybody's Favorite Crab Spread

12 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 medium scallions
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon prepared white horseradish
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 jar diced pimiento - -- (2 oz), drained
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
3/4 pound lump crab meat -- picked over
1 package crackers or crisp raw vegetables -- for serving

Preparation / Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended. Stir in scallions, mustard, seasoned salt, horseradish, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Mix until well blended. Fold in pimiento, parsley, and crab. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or as long as 2 days. Serve with crackers or crisp raw vegetables.
