Crab Meat Dip

Ingredients:

1 can crab meat
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon onion -- chopped
2 tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons parsley -- chopped
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon chopped pimento -- optional
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 dash salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:

Drain and combine crab meat with the other ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill well. (Cookbook written by Eve Bongard.) Serving Ideas : Serve with raw vegetables or potato chips
