Cottage Cheese Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients:

2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
1 medium green onion -- cut 4 pieces
1/4 cup green pepper -- finely chopped
2 tablespoons oil-pk tomatoes -- chop fine
2 tablespoons fresh basil -- or
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cracked pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape sides. Serve with green, red and yellow pepper squares or other fresh veggies. Yield 2 cups
