Cherry Tomatoes With Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce | ||||||

Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Mash half of blue cheese with 1/4 cup mayonnaise in a medium bowl until almost smooth.
Gradually mix in remaining mayonnaise and buttermilk.
Gently stir in remaining cheese and a but 1 tablespoon of chives. (Can be prepared a day ahead.
Cover sauce and remaining chives separately and chill.)
Spoon sauce into a small bowl.
Garnish with remaining chives.
Place on a large platter.
Surround with cherry tomatoes and serve.
