1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 clove garlic chopped
1 teaspoon salt and cayenne pepper

Preparation / Directions:

Throw everything in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth. Spoon into bowl and stir in 1/3 cup toasted chopped walnuts. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with breadsticks.
