Beer - Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:


3/4 cup cheese -- shredded

1 tablespoon flour

1/2 teaspoon mustard -- dry

1 dash paprika

1/3 cup beer

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

3 tablespoons milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring cheese to room temperature, Toss with flour, dry mustard and paprika. In a saucepan heat beer and Tabasco until just warm. Gradually add cheese mixture stirring constantly till cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Use as a dip or spoon over chips for nachos, etc.
