Ingredients:

1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
3 medium finely chopped green onions
1 dash pepper
1 teaspoons granulated sugar substitute, or 1 package
 

Preparation / Directions:

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours, covered, to blend flavors
