Light Spinach Dip

1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise, or salad dressing
8 ounces fat free sour cream
3 cups frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
1/4 cup green chilies, chopped
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
8 ounces water chestnuts, drained and chopped

Preparation / Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine milk and mayonnaise; beat with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in sour cream and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with fresh vegetable dippers
