Kinda Guacamole

Ingredients:


10 3/4 ounces garbanzos, rinsed and drained

1/8 medium avocado, peeled

1/4 medium green onion, chopped

4 tablespoons salsa, to taste or consistency

1/2 tablespoon garlic powder, or to taste

1 tablespoon bacon bits, optional

1 medium chopped jalapeno, or to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a food processor pulse garbanzos until smooth. Add avocado pulse till smooth. Remove to a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients. Chill. Serve with low-fat tortilla chips
