Ingredients:

1 medium ripe avocado
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 ounce chopped green chilies
1/4 large onion, chopped vidalia
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mash up avocado leaving some chunks. Mix in lemon juice.. Mix in other ingredients. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour and then serve
