1 cup sour cream
4 teaspoons hot pepper vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cans refried beans
3 medium green onions -- chopped
3 medium tomato -- chopped
1 can olive -- chopped
8 ounces cheddar cheese -- grated
1 recipe cottage guacamole

Preparation / Directions:

Combine sour cream, vinegar and seasonings in bowl. Spread bean dip on a large serving platter. Top with Cottage Guacamole. Layer with sour cream mixture, then chopped onions, then tomatoes and olives. Cover with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips. May serve cold or at room temperature. Makes a huge amount of chip dip.
