Ingredients:


2 tablespoons garlic

1 tablespoon rice wine

1 teaspoon chile paste

1/4 teaspoon crushed red chiles

1 tablespoon chili sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon scallions

2 tablespoons chicken stock

1 teaspoon ginger

2 tablespoons soy sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a small saucepan, over a medium flame heat to a light boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 minutes cool and chill for up to 4 days serve at room temperature
