Slow Cooker Broccoli Cheese Dip

3/4 cup butter
3 stalks celery -- thinly sliced
1 medium onion -- chopped
4 ounces sliced mushrooms -- drained
3 tablespoons flour
10 ounces cream of celery soup
5 ounces garlic cheese roll -- cut up , up to
10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli -- thawed

Preparation / Directions:

makes about 1 quart In small skillet, melt butter and saute celery, onion and mushrooms. Stir in flour. Turn into lightly greased Crock-Pot; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on High, stirring about every 15 minutes, until cheese is melted. Turn to Low for about 2 to 4 hours or until ready to serve. Serve hot with corn chips, raw cauliflowerets, carrot strips, celery chunks and radishes.
