Sendik's In Whitefish Bay Spinach Dip

Ingredients:


10 ounces frozen chopped spinach -- thawed

1 package dry vegetable soup mix

1 can water chestnuts -- (8 oz) drained,chop

3 medium green onions

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon shredded carrots
 

Preparation / Directions:


Squeeze spinach until excessive moisture isremoved. Put into bowl Add remaining ingredients. Note: Dip is better if refrigerated overnight.
