Natchos 'n Dip

Ingredients:

1 package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 can tiny shrimps -- drained (optional)
1 jar seafood sauce
1 package grated mozzarella cheese
1 medium chopped green peppers -- chopped tiny
1 medium chopped tomato -- chopped tiny
1 cup shredded cheddar
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and lemon juice with mixer until smooth. Spread in the bottom of a very shallow, large dish, or use several smaller ones. You want about 1/2" of mixture. Sprinkle shrimps over top, if you are using them. Carefully spread, or dab the seafood sauce. Sprinkle with the mozza. Sprinkle the green peppers over, amount depending on how much you want. Sprinkle with tomatoes. Top with shredded cheddar. Stand the natcho chips in the dip around the outside edge of the dish just before serving. (They will go soggy if left there for a long time.) My notes: I make this without the shrimps, but I do use the seafood sauce.
