Hot Ruben Dip

Ingredients:


1 cup mayo

1 small onion finely chopped

2 cups shredded swiss cheese

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

10 ounces dried corned beef finely chopped

1 can bavarian sauerkraut drained well -- (16 ounce)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients in a 1 1/2quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve with rye bagle chips or pary rye bread. Put all the ingredients in a crockette crockpot cook about 3 hours. It was good and stayed hot all evening too...I got this recipe from a Sandy Ulmer off another list a bit back...but this is really good too. Just put some corned beef slices on bread and then put this...yummy sandwhiches. A bit messy but down right good.
