Hot Artichoke Dip 1

Ingredients:

12 ounces marinated artichoke hearts -- up to
10 ounces frozen spinach -- thawed and drained,
8 ounces crescent rolls -- up to
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:

Drain and chop artichokes. Mix with remaining ingredients. Spoon into mini-baker and microwave for 6 minutes-rotating 1/2 turn halfway through cooking time. Serve with Valtrompia Bread slices or fresh veggies.
