Herbed Olive Oil Dip

Ingredients:


1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 cloves garlic -- cut in thin slices

1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

1/2 cup parmesan cheese -- coarse grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a lidded jar, combine all ingredients except Parmesan. Shake well. When ready to serve, shake again and pout onto saucers. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Use as a dip for crusty bread.
