Ingredients:


4 medium avocado

2 teaspoons onion

1 teaspoons jalapeno chile

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 cup sour cream

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


remove and discard pit and peel from avocados mash flesh well combine with onions, chiles, citrus juice, and sour cream season with salt-mix well cover with plastic wrap, placed directly onto the surface serve slightly chilled, with chips, crackers, breads, or toasts to the side
