Ingredients:


1 cup tomato concasse

1/3 cup onion

1/4 cup red bell pepper

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

3/4 teaspoon crushed red chiles

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers in a bowl in another bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, and red pepper flakes season to taste with salt and black pepper pour over tomato mixture-toss lightly to mix let stand for 30 minutes arrange onto a serving platter serve lightly chilled or at room temperature
