Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:1. Grate or chop finely all the vegetables (I use a food processor) and
add to the softened cream cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste and milk to desired consistency.
2. Refrigerate overnight and serve with potato chips, crackers, as a vegetable dip, etc.
Difficulty : very easy. Precision : no need to measure.
